What you will do
- Develop and lead the customer retention strategy for the Belgian market, focusing on personalization and automation.
- Manage revenue targets, plan advertising budgets, and execute CRM measures.
- Oversee the holistic customer journey across email, push, and print marketing channels.
- Monitor and report on key KPIs, including activation rates, repurchase rates, and average basket values.
- Define and optimize cross-departmental processes to improve commercial success.
Requirements
- Several years of CRM experience within fast-paced e-commerce environments.
- Proven initial leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience with ESP tools and CDP platforms.
- Familiarity with print marketing activities and conceptual, structured working methods.
- Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
- Must be able to work from the Tongeren office on fixed anchor days.

- Fluency in German and French.
