What you will do

• Conduct nutrition counseling and weight management education via phone, video, chat, and email.
• Provide medication management for obesity-related comorbidities under physician supervision.
• Perform remote patient monitoring using devices like scales, BG meters, and BP monitors.
• Support patients with dosing and titration of anti-obesity medications within established protocols.
• Collaborate with team physicians and external providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain documentation and meet program metrics while ensuring high-quality care.

Requirements

• Must live in the United States.
• Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Hold or be able to obtain state licensure as needed to support member coverage.
• HIPAA-friendly workspace with high-speed internet for secure patient conversations.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and various digital tools.
• Flexible schedule with a commitment to a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Nice to have

• CDCES certification (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist).
• Availability between 8am-8pm M-F and 9am-4pm on Saturdays.
