Project Construction Manager

What you will do

• Establish and implement erection plans ensuring HSE, quality, time, and cost compliance.
• Plan and coordinate resources with Project Manager, source third-party personnel, and manage contracts.
• Supervise construction sites and support site teams to achieve work package objectives.
• Develop erection concepts, specify and procure installation packages and tools with Site Manager.
• Report to Project Director, identify risks/deviations, and act proactively per HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Technical University Degree
• Proven experience (>8 years) in plant erection and site management for large industrial projects
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, motivate employees, conduct technical negotiations with subcontractors.
• Solid commercial acumen, problem-solving skills, market and product knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office; user-level knowledge in SAP and PIRS.
• Valid SCC and IOSH certifications or equivalent Site and Safety Training from recognized European Authority
• Excellent English; Slovak (Košice) or Hungarian (Budapest) required
