TL;DR
Senior User Experience Designer (SaaS): Designing intuitive and innovative user experiences for a complex enterprise data governance platform with an accent on user-centered design methodologies and translating complex data into user-friendly interfaces. Focus on developing wireframes, prototypes, conducting user research, usability testing, and aligning designs with global design patterns and business needs.
Location: Hybrid role based in Prague office, Czech Republic (at least two days each week in office). Must have work authorization to work in Prague, CZ.

What you will do
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure design feasibility.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups illustrating user flows and functionality for complex data applications.
- Conduct user research, analyze data, create journey maps, and perform usability testing to inform and iterate on designs.
- Communicate design concepts to stakeholders, participate in design reviews, and work with engineering for accurate implementation.
- Maintain and contribute to the design system for consistency across the platform.
- Manage workload, meet deadlines, and articulate customer needs and platform differentiation.
Requirements
- 8+ years UX/UI, HCI (product design) experience with a strong portfolio of full-lifecycle designs in complex domains for web/desktop apps.
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and project tools like Asana, Jira.
- Demonstrated UX principles, user-centered design, and ability to balance user needs, strategy, and technical constraints.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Work authorization for Prague, CZ required.
