Hybrid: two days on-site in Friedrichshain (Berlin), rest remote with workation option.

What you will do

• Drive strategic and operational projects end-to-end, taking full ownership.
• Build and own financial models for decisions, market sizing, and stress-testing.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and board reports; analyze financial data and SaaS KPIs.
• Contribute to high-impact initiatives like market entry and growth strategies.
• Collaborate across departments in a diverse, international team.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• 1–2 years hands-on experience via internships, working student roles, or first full-time position.
• Solid in Excel/Google Sheets for clean, logical financial models.
• Understanding of financial KPIs, P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet.
• Comfortable with presentation tools to build storytelling decks.
• Ownership mindset: break down complexity, create clarity, get things done with attention to detail.
