What you will do

• Design, build, and scale agentic AI solutions to automate commercial processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders in Commercial, Marketing, and Operations to co-create AI-driven use cases.
• Translate complex business challenges into pragmatic, production-ready AI systems.
• Prepare and facilitate AI/Data Science workshops to drive ideation and digitization.
• Explore, evaluate, and adapt new AI tools and frameworks to enhance system capabilities.

Requirements

• Very good technical skills in Python and SQL.
• Professional hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and modern LLM architectures.
• Proven ability to build AI agents from scratch, including cost control, hallucination risk management, and knowledge retrieval.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Düsseldorf, Germany (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with Data Analysis, ML model development, MLOps, Data Engineering, or Data Architecture.
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in languages other than English.
