What you will do

• Provide detailed technical and specification support to architects, designers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Advise on product and system solutions aligned with project design intent, performance, and compliance.
• Produce and manage project-specific technical specifications and maintain records via CRM.
• Manage and develop a pipeline of architectural and contractor-led projects across Scotland.
• Deliver CPD presentations and design workshops to clients.
• Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to ensure effective project handover and conversion.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience creating bespoke engineered solutions for construction projects.
• Up-to-date understanding of building regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and plans.
• Proficiency in construction design software and Microsoft Office packages.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
