Focus on scaling recruiting processes, developing TA talent, and ensuring consistent delivery across diverse business divisions.

Location: Fully Remote (Must be based in Portugal)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8-10 TABPs across multiple countries and time zones.
• Manage a personal requisition load while overseeing team delivery and quality standards.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and divisional HR Directors across the organization.
• Standardize TA methodology and best practices within the HR Centre of Excellence.
• Optimize the ATS (TeamTailor) and improve recruiting workflows for efficiency.
• Track and report on key TA metrics to provide insights and drive team priorities.

Requirements

• Solid end-to-end in-house recruiting experience in high-volume, multi-country environments.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a TA team.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and expertise in structured interviewing and assessment design.
• Must have the right to work in Portugal; no relocation or sponsorship provided.
• Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital-first organizations.
• Ability to manage complexity in a matrixed, multi-stakeholder environment.
