What you will do

• Serve as primary interface between product managers, engineering, stakeholders, and partners, translating technical complexity into business context
• Orchestrate multiple initiatives across teams, managing dependencies, risks, and balancing product, technical debt, and operational work
• Bridge product vision to technical execution by creating specifications, stories, and designs during quarterly planning
• Drive roadmaps, backlog priorities, sprint planning, and capacity planning for predictable delivery
• Evaluate technical trade-offs, align objectives, and facilitate decision-making for scalability and maintainability
• Own operational excellence, success metrics, testing, incident response, and definition of done criteria

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in technical product/program management or software engineering, leading complex multi-team initiatives
• Exceptional communication adapting to diverse audiences from partners to senior leadership
• Strong orchestration of concurrent initiatives across distributed teams with dependency management
• Technical fluency in SDLC, architectures (tiered, SOA, event-driven), APIs, data, performance, scalability
• Hands-on agile experience (Scrum, Kanban), sprint planning, backlog management, metrics-driven improvement

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B platforms, partner-facing products, data technologies (SQL/NoSQL), cloud solutions, or coding
