What you will do

• Build and maintain the harness for supplier agents, including the evaluation pipeline and context management layer.
• Develop sub-agent orchestration patterns and document parsing systems to turn uploads into usable agent context.
• Create and optimize the CLI tool layer around hirify.global APIs and the core skill framework.
• Ship features frequently and iterate based on real user feedback to evolve agent capabilities.
• Experiment with and implement advanced agentic systems to drive business efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico
• Strong background as an AI-native engineer.
• Deep expertise in building and scaling agentic systems.
• Proven ability to experiment independently and iterate quickly.
• Experience with API design and tool-layer development.
