Program Management Intern (Aerospace)

TL;DR

Program Management Intern (Aerospace): Supporting program proposal efforts, customer engagement, and day-to-day management of aerospace and defense programs with an accent on business strategy and contractual compliance. Focus on developing proposals, maintaining customer relationships, and analyzing Voice of Customer data to identify new opportunities.

Location: Hollister, CA, United States. U.S. citizenship is required due to ITAR regulations.

Salary: $20.53 - $41.11 per hour

What you will do

• Assist in developing business strategies to expand opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Support Program Managers with P&L oversight, forecasting, and maintaining schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare cost/management volumes for proposals and review RFQs.
• Participate in contract negotiations and generate program documentation and sales forecasts.
• Analyze Voice of Customer (VOC) data to identify new opportunities and IR&D programs.
• Develop and present materials for management and customer reviews.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s (junior/senior standing in 2026) or Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Must be a U.S. citizen (ITAR requirement).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and willingness to travel if required.
