Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in New York City HQ)

What you will do

• Create design assets for print and digital platforms.
• Develop marketing collateral for internal and external events and conferences.
• Produce infographics and illustrations for reports and presentations.
• Contribute to high-level video shoots and animation projects.
• Collaborate with the design team to explore and integrate Generative AI into workflows.

Requirements

• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects/Premiere Pro).
• Experience with presentation tools like Google Slides and PowerPoint.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a strong eye for design.
• Experience with Generative AI and/or AI Agent creation.
• Must be based in or able to work from the NYC HQ on a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Illustration background.
• Motion graphics and video editing experience.
