What you will do

• Manage HR Solutions BAU tickets and coordinate production instances through the iCIMS tool.
• Develop and maintain service requests while adhering to defined quality processes.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting dashboards for BAU activities and steering committees.
• Conduct biannual security reviews of user access.
• Handle incident and problem management, including analysis, resolution, and submission of unresolved issues.
• Maintain service and project documentation on shared portals to prevent incident recurrence.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Business Analysis or Service Support within complex information systems.
• Experience in HRIS implementations and BAU support, particularly in international environments.
• Strong functional understanding of Talent Acquisition solutions (ATS and CRM).
• Experience with data migration, system integration, and multiple testing methodologies.
• Practical experience with iCIMS tools and ticketing systems.
• Ability to produce structured documentation and manage reporting dashboards.
