What you will do

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle for strategic retail accounts from pipeline generation to closure.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive long-term growth, retention, and expansion.
  • Lead complex negotiations with C-level and senior stakeholders in large retail organizations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to structure deals.
  • Utilize pipeline analytics and AI tools for deal prioritization and forecasting accuracy.
  • Ensure seamless handovers to operational teams to accelerate time-to-launch.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Retail, E-commerce, Marketplace, or Omnichannel environments.
  • Proven track record in Enterprise B2B sales and revenue target achievement.
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen regarding pricing and unit economics.
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Based in Kazakhstan

Nice to have

  • Experience in entrepreneurship, grocery retail, pharmacies, or FMCG.
  • Familiarity with platform-based business models and logistics operations.
  • Experience using AI and automation to enhance sales and revenue processes.
