What you will do

  • Provide day-to-day desktop and application support for internal customers in the Manila office and remote users.
  • Support and maintain end-user devices including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and conferencing equipment.
  • Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents via an IT ticketing system, ensuring timely updates.
  • Perform user account administration in Active Directory and Azure AD, including access requests and license management.
  • Install, image, and configure company hardware according to IT standards and security baselines.
  • Collaborate with network, systems, and security teams to resolve cross-functional technical issues.

Requirements

  • Solid experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoints.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 / Office administration and support.
  • Basic understanding of network fundamentals such as DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
  • Experience with an enterprise ITSM / ticketing platform.
  • Experience with user provisioning and access management in Active Directory or Azure AD.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a global, multi-site IT environment.
  • Exposure to Intune, JAMF, or other modern MDM solutions.
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts and incident/change management frameworks.
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft.
