What you will do
- Collaborate closely with the LMS BAU Lead within the scope of the LMS Product Owner.
- Independently manage support tickets at Level 1 & 2 and assist with oversight of Level 3 tickets.
- Report activities and suggest improvements like refresher sessions and user documentation to reduce ticket volumes.
- Conduct non-regression tests and confirm system behavior after releases, patches, or environment refreshes.
- Facilitate user training sessions and other BAU & support activities.
Requirements
- Thrive in an English-speaking environment.
- Expertise in any major LMS tool.
- Previous experience as a BAU Specialist.
Nice to have
- Experience with Cornerstone On Demand LMS.
