What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing analytics team, establishing excellence in SQL and statistical methods.
• Define and execute the analytics roadmap to proactively uncover product growth opportunities.
• Champion the integration of AI to optimize analytical workflows and unlock deeper insights.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with data engineers to prioritize tracking, define schemas, and guide data modeling.
• Enable broader teams through training on behavioral data usage and querying best practices.

Requirements

• Extensive background in Product Analytics or Digital Analytics with deep domain expertise.
• Proven people management experience, including hiring and developing analytical talent.
• Advanced SQL mastery for large datasets, including window functions, CTEs, and nested JSON handling.
• Strong foundation in A/B testing, including sample size calculation and statistical significance.
• Experience building impactful business dashboards using Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Hands-on experience analyzing raw client-side tracking data from GA4, Snowplow, or Amplitude.
