Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 + equity

What you will do

• Lead the COMSEC program and ensure compliance with NIST, FIPS, and national security policies.
• Manage COMSEC accounts, custodian duties, and the configuration of encryption devices.
• Maintain a current inventory of Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCI) and document control for TS materials.
• Coordinate the installation and maintenance of COMSEC equipment across WAN/LAN environments.
• Design and maintain COMSEC architecture specifically for spacecraft.
• Perform audits and assessments to ensure program effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret SCI clearance and consent to CI Poly.
• Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by ITAR.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of direct experience in COMSEC accountability and equipment management.
• Proficiency with KMI (Key Management Infrastructure) and COMSEC management platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for briefing government stakeholders.

Nice to have

• CISSP or COMSEC Manager certification (e.g., CNSS 4011).
• Experience establishing a COMSEC program from the ground up in a commercial or government contractor environment.
