Salary: $155,000 – $185,000 + equity

What you will do

• Act as the principal technical authority for enterprise networking and long-term strategy aligned with business and security objectives.
• Architect and govern secure network environments across data centers, cloud, hybrid, and global WANs.
• Lead complex initiatives including SD-WAN deployments, data center modernization, and zero-trust architectures.
• Define network reference architectures and standards to ensure scalability, resiliency, and operational consistency.
• Evaluate network technologies and vendors to provide strategic recommendations on adoption and optimization.
• Mentor senior and staff-level network engineers to raise the technical bar within the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in network architecture, design, implementation, and test automation.
• Deep knowledge of networking protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, and TCP/IP.
• Experience with logical design models such as L2/L3, VPC, VDC, VRF, and datacenter zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• Must be a "U.S. Person" (Citizen, Green Card holder, etc.) due to ITAR export compliance.
• Technical certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Network+, or Security+.
