Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 + equity

What you will do

• Partner with department leaders to perform workforce planning and develop hiring strategies to meet growth targets.
• Proactively source top talent by building relationships with university programs, labs, trade schools, and talent niches.
• Screen candidates and drive awareness of the company's mission and talent brand.
• Design and refine interview processes to increase selection confidence and reduce bias.
• Collaborate with the executive team to create compelling closing strategies and resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for electrical, mechanical, and/or software engineering roles.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through closing.
• Strong experience in organizations with high-level regulations, specifically ITAR and OFCCP.
• Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by ITAR regulations.
