Senior Technical Recruiter (Aerospace)

Location: In-person presence required at the headquarters in Torrance, California; the posting is associated with Los Angeles, CA.

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 per year plus equity.

What you will do

• Partner with department leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategies.
• Source and attract technical talent through universities, laboratories, trade schools, and specialized talent networks.
• Screen candidates and communicate hirify.global’s mission and talent brand.
• Design and refine interview processes to improve selection confidence and reduce bias.
• Work with the executive team on candidate closing strategies and recruiting resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for electrical, mechanical, and/or software engineering roles.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through closing.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority hiring needs concurrently.
• Must be a U.S. person under ITAR or otherwise eligible for a federally issued export control license.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles.
• Experience with ITAR, OFCCP, or similarly regulated environments.
• Space or aerospace industry experience.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies and advising senior leaders.
• Experience in a high-velocity company.
