What you will do

• Perform complex inspections on precision components and medical devices using advanced equipment like CMM, Keyence systems, air gages, and profilometers.
• Interpret advanced GD&T including position, profile, and datums.
• Lead and review First Article Inspections.
• Conduct root cause analysis on nonconforming parts.
• Mentor junior inspectors and support engineering teams on inspection methods and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with tight tolerances and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (technical training preferred).
• 5–8+ years of inspection experience.
• Working knowledge of GD&T.
• Experience with CMM operation.
• Full-time work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical device or regulated industry.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, Agile).
• Exposure to CAPA and quality systems.
• ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI).
