Supplier Quality Engineer II (Medtech)

What you will do

• Ensure suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services according to company standards.
• Qualify suppliers and administer Certified Supplier Programs in receiving inspection.
• Monitor the manufacturing cycle and resolve supplier-related problems as they occur.
• Develop and prioritize auditing schedules to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Provide quality engineering support to New Product Development (NPD) to prevent defects.
• Collaborate with Component Engineers to deliver Product Acceptance Sampling Strategies and Control Plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience (or a Master's degree with 0 years).
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization (sponsorship not available for this level).
• For degrees earned outside the US, must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).

Nice to have

• Experience with Root Cause Analysis methodology.
• Risk Management or CAPA experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
