What you will do

• Own portfolio of payment rails across multiple methods and emerging markets, ensuring scalability.
• Lead end-to-end integration of payment partners from selection to go-live.
• Optimize payment metrics including authorization rates, settlement speed, and conversion.
• Collaborate with compliance, fraud, engineering, and operations on secure payment flows.
• Improve user experience through experimentation, data analysis, and customer insights.
• Define product strategy and prioritization based on data and business impact.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of product management experience, ideally in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in payment systems (bank transfers, card networks, alternative methods).
• Experience with emerging market payment rails (e.g., UPI, IMPS, local schemes).
• Proven management of third-party payment providers and API integrations.
• Understanding of backend payment systems and user-facing experiences.
• Data-driven mindset for defining KPIs and guiding decisions.
