What you will do

• Build and expand fiat payment offerings by integrating with banks and payment providers.
• Productize payment solutions including e-wallets, tokenized payments, and crypto-to-fiat for external partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to optimize user journeys and backend automation for order processing and settlement.
• Monitor and own operational metrics, specifically payment conversion rates.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Compliance) and external partners (BancNet, PCHC) to scale operational efficiency.
• Provide technical assistance to external clients regarding API integration and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the Philippines banking, fintech, and payments landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, finance, or economics.
• Experience building end-to-end payment rails, from frontend flows to provider integrations and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, legal, compliance, and external partners.
