What you will do

• Develop high-quality ads to meet KPIs and scale testing volume.
• Edit UGC and creator footage combined with motion graphics for vertical video, statics, and carousels.
• Produce multiple creative variations per concept to fuel the testing engine.
• Collaborate with creative strategists to implement performance insights into new creative rounds.
• Monitor social media trends to ensure creative assets remain relevant and competitive.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in motion design and video editing for social and performance marketing.
• Proven portfolio of paid social work with demonstrable results.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects.
• Understanding of marketing metrics and passion for A/B testing and hypothesis building.
• Ability to communicate design thinking clearly to teammates and stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Stockholm office.
