What you will do

• Create motion graphics and video content for digital channels including Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
• Develop storytelling-driven visuals with strong pacing, animation, and design fundamentals.
• Design transitions, animated typography, simple VFX, and compositing while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and producers to execute creative concepts.
• Revise assets based on feedback and performance insights.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing motion design for performance marketing with focus on engagement, conversion, and platform best practices.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with Figma.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to take feedback, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
• Independent worker and collaborative team player.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ChatGPT, suno.ai.
• Video automation techniques (expressions, MOGRTs, Essential Graphics).
