Location: Must be based in or near Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda (Lithuania) or Riga (Latvia). Work formats vary by hub: 4 days onsite in Vilnius, while Kaunas offers onsite, hybrid, or remote options.

Salary: 2600-3380 EUR gross/month

What you will do

• Create and deliver performance-driven video ads and static assets for Meta and TikTok.
• Own the creative process from initial concept to final high-quality execution.
• Produce and iterate on short-form video ads optimized for engagement and conversions.
• Analyze performance data (ROAS, CPA, CTR) to continuously test and scale winning creatives.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and creative opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools to improve creative efficiency and output quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a creative or performance marketing role with a strong focus on video.
• Proficiency in motion design and video editing tools such as After Effects, Premiere, and Photoshop.
• Proven experience creating high-performing ads for Meta and/or TikTok.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and their impact on creatives.
• Fluent English proficiency with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects and results.
