What you will do

• Build and launch paid media campaigns on Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, DSPs, and publishers like Goal.com.
• Manage campaign trafficking and tracking using CM360 and Appsflyer.
• Brief creative teams and deliver campaign assets for sports audiences.
• Plan campaigns around key sporting events, seasons, and sponsorships like NFFC.
• Monitor, optimize live campaigns for CPA and ROAS with data-led decisions.
• Create performance reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Research new platforms, trends, and formats; provide ad-hoc support for casino campaigns.

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, mathematics, sciences, engineering, economics or similar.
• Passion or strong interest in sports.
• Enthusiasm for digital marketing and understanding paid media impact.
• Basic Excel skills including pivot tables.
• Numerical aptitude, results-driven with evidence-based decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication; interest in creative advertising.
