What you will do

• Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Create high-impact native content, specializing in short-form videos (Reels, TikTok), Stories, and carousels.
• Manage the community voice by responding to engagement and nurturing a loyal, expressive player base.
• Build and activate UGC frameworks to turn loyal players into brand advocates and organic amplifiers.
• Track and analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth) to inform strategy and reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Leverage AI content tools to accelerate production speed and ideation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of digital marketing or social media management experience for consumer brands.
• Proven track record of creating content that achieves genuine organic reach and viral traction.
• Native-level fluency across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube culture and features.
• Hands-on content production skills for short-form video and static formats.
• Data literacy to translate platform analytics into actionable strategy decisions.
• Experience in iGaming, sweepstakes, or entertainment is a strong advantage.
