What you will do

• Execute marine installation activities including route clearance, cable loading, laying, and burial.
• Manage technical quality, HSE, and environmental compliance on offshore sites.
• Supervise subcontractors and maintain relationships with Client Representatives on-site.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Manufacturing, and System Engineering departments.
• Perform office-based installation engineering tasks in Milan between offshore assignments.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Technical background in Engineering Technology or related engineering subjects.
• Experience in submarine cable installation or the construction industry (preferred).
• Ability to travel offshore frequently (60-70% of the time).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
