Fit-out Planner

What you will do

• Collect specifications for lab implementations from scientific operations and research teams.
• Assess installation impacts via feasibility reports, cost estimates, and timelines.
• Provide technical support in CAD/BIM drafting for fit-out plans from design to tender.
• Coordinate with FM, HSE, and ICT teams for compliance and Building Management Systems design.
• Monitor construction progress, environmental parameters, and communicate updates to end users.
• Contribute to multi-year lab plans and standards aligned with strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken)
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills
• Technical Diploma
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar role in research, hospital, university, or pharmaceutical R&D environments
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Expertise in reports and presentations tools

Nice to have

• Degree in Engineering
• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) projects
