What you will do

• Oversee daily operations for network (LAN/WAN, wireless, firewalls), telecommunications (VoIP, unified communications), compute platforms (virtualization, cloud/on-prem), storage/backup, databases (SQL, Oracle), and endpoint services.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.
• Develop and mentor operations teams, build workforce plans, and foster collaborative environment aligned with patient care values.
• Establish service-level objectives, KPIs for availability and resilience, and partner with design/engineering for seamless transitions.
• Manage budgets, vendor SLAs, contracts, and evaluate technology solutions.
• Collaborate with clinical/business teams, security, and governance for compliant, integrated infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years progressive management experience in Information Management/IT infrastructure; 8+ years experience.
• ITIL certification or equivalent IT service management experience.
• Knowledge of technologies supporting clinical operations and healthcare systems.
• Experience building partnerships with engineering, security, clinical, and business leaders.
• Day shift, 40 scheduled weekly hours.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in related field.
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and automation/orchestration tools.
• Strong cybersecurity principles and healthcare regulatory compliance (HIPAA, Joint Commission).
• Experience leading complex projects in healthcare organizations.
