What you will do

• Execute BAU activities, managing queries and data quality exceptions through existing protocols.
• Monitor alert timelines and ensure all deliverables meet client SLA turnaround expectations.
• Track operational incidents, maintain clear documentation of impact, and support root-cause discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and roadmap goals.
• Update internal knowledge documentation and identify inefficiencies to suggest incremental process improvements.
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders following structured guidelines.

Requirements

• Understanding of UI-based platforms and financial data workflows.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail when handling exceptions and BAU workflows.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Manila 2 days per week.

• Prior experience in data operations, client support, or financial data workflows.
