What you will do
- Execute BAU activities, managing queries and data quality exceptions through existing protocols.
- Monitor alert timelines and ensure all deliverables meet client SLA turnaround expectations.
- Track operational incidents, maintain clear documentation of impact, and support root-cause discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and roadmap goals.
- Update internal knowledge documentation and identify inefficiencies to suggest incremental process improvements.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders following structured guidelines.
Requirements
- Understanding of UI-based platforms and financial data workflows.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail when handling exceptions and BAU workflows.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Manila 2 days per week.

- Prior experience in data operations, client support, or financial data workflows.
- Exposure to incident handling, BAU processes, or SLA-driven client service.
