What you will do

• Lead electronics development projects from initial specification through to production and documentation.
• Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to provide technical support and input.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables to meet key deadlines.
• Liaise with design and manufacturing partners to ensure clear communication of technical requirements.
• Support the development and management of test jigs and PCBA test equipment.
• Perform testing, validation, fault finding, and root cause analysis using hardware and software tools.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience managing engineering or product development projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Understanding of product compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., ROHS, LVD, EMC, PSTI, CRA).

Nice to have

• Experience or exposure to PCB design and manufacturing.
• Software knowledge.
