Senior Data Scientist (AI)

What you will do

• Translate business problems into scientific hypotheses and pragmatic development priorities.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to improve programmatic exchange efficiency.
• Design and implement data-centric solutions, including dataset segmentation, transformation, and feature generation.
• Help design, develop, and improve algorithms for automated programmatic exchange optimization.
• Design and drive production performance monitoring frameworks and KPIs.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and architects on production-grade data solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics, computer science, engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning environments combining statistical and technical skills.
• Experience applying data science in operational and internet-scale environments.
• Strong statistical and research skills, especially with classification, prediction, and time-series models.
• Excellent Python development skills, including pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Ability to communicate complex results and collaborate across technical and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Scala.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, or analytics.
• Experience in complex systems engineering environments.
• Experience with industry-scale platforms.
