What you will do

• Structure, draft, and negotiate documentation for corporate loans, asset-backed financings, and project finance deals.
• Act as the primary legal point of contact for banking counterparties using LMA-standard and bespoke structures.
• Advise on financing for data center and compute infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with external law firms to manage multi-jurisdictional, cross-border financing transactions.
• Partner with Finance (Treasury, FP&A), M&A, and Compute teams to ensure alignment with operational needs.
• Build and maintain internal templates, precedents, and guidelines for financing documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (LLB, LLM, JD) from an accredited law school in France or another EU country.
• 5-8 years of legal experience, including at least 4 years within an international law firm.
• Proven track record in non-dilutive financing and familiarity with LMA standard documentation.
• Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal).
• Must be able to work on-site in Paris.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, NLP, and associated ethical considerations.
