What you will do

• Oversee a caseload of litigated and non-litigated matters under the supervision of Legal Counsels.
• Assist with complex legal tasks including disclosure, material collection, and production.
• Liaise with external counsel on cross-border matters and manage legal spend.
• Implement new scalable processes to improve the efficiency of the Dispute Resolution team.
• Support the wider legal team with regulatory filings, corporate governance, and intellectual property checks.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and French required.
• Must be based in France.
• Ability to manage large volumes of documentation and implement technological solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate degree (2.1 or above).
• 1+ years of experience in a law or compliance firm, ideally in litigation.
• Familiarity with UK court proceedings and Civil Procedure Rules.
• Knowledge of contentious financial regulatory matters.
