What you will do
- Lead the provision of senior legal analysis and advice on pensions, remuneration, and institutional governance.
- Oversee the preparation and quality assurance of legal opinions, technical notes, and committee proposals.
- Direct secretariat support for the CRSG, CCR, and CAPOC committees, including agendas and summary records.
- Manage the drafting and negotiation of legal instruments, including memoranda of agreement and pension rights transfers.
- Lead, manage, and develop the Co-ordination Secretariat Unit, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Ensure effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders on legal and policy-related matters.
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in law, preferably in public, international administrative, or institutional law.
- Extensive professional experience providing legal advice in an international or intergovernmental environment.
- Excellent command of English and French (written and spoken) with proven ability to draft complex legal documents in both languages.
- Proven experience in managing professional staff and setting priorities in a stakeholder-facing environment.
- Strong ability to communicate complex legal and procedural issues with clarity and authority.
- Must be eligible to work in France and meet nationality requirements.
