What you will do

• Provide advice to local management on grievances, dismissals, and employment contracts.
• Manage cross-border projects and coordinate with external counsel on employment law matters.
• Ensure full compliance with French legislation and handle regulatory inquiries.
• Advise on global mobility, contingent worker matters, and compensation/equity awards.
• Manage employment litigation, negotiated exits, and settlement agreements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a qualified employment lawyer in a top-tier French law firm or multinational in-house department.
• Solid knowledge of French employment laws is essential.
• Fluency in English and French (C1 level or higher).
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
• Experience working in a global and culturally diverse organization.
