What you will do
- Provide advice to local management on grievances, dismissals, and employment contracts.
- Manage cross-border projects and coordinate with external counsel on employment law matters.
- Ensure full compliance with French legislation and handle regulatory inquiries.
- Advise on global mobility, contingent worker matters, and compensation/equity awards.
- Manage employment litigation, negotiated exits, and settlement agreements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a qualified employment lawyer in a top-tier French law firm or multinational in-house department.
- Solid knowledge of French employment laws is essential.
- Fluency in English and French (C1 level or higher).
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience working in a global and culturally diverse organization.
