Customer Support Analyst - Dutch Speaker (Hospitality SaaS): Provide technical support to hotel clients using cloud property management system via messaging, email, and phone with an accent on troubleshooting issues, optimizing usage, and building relationships. Location: Flexible, hybrid working options. Work from anywhere for a few weeks per year through Workation policy. Relocation options available after 1 year. Willingness to work rotating shifts (07:00–16:00, 09:00–18:00, 13:00–22:00).

What you will do

• Develop deep understanding of hirify.global solutions and serve as product ambassador to customers.
• Provide technical support via messaging, email, and phone, resolving client challenges.
• Proactively consult customers on improving product usage and efficiency.
• Build and maintain rapport with key contacts at customer sites.
• Maintain thorough customer documentation and leverage support tools.
• Continuously improve internal knowledge base.

Requirements

• Native or fluent in English and Dutch
• Experience in hotels and/or customer service in SaaS
• Ability to take feedback, learn quickly, and adapt
• Outgoing personality, ready to communicate across countries and levels
• Willingness to work rotating shifts for 24/7 global support

Nice to have

• Experience using Property Management Systems
• Fluency in other languages (Spanish, French, Italian, German, Swedish)
