What you will do
- Become an expert user and stay updated on new features.
- Handle support issues via emails and phone calls.
- Listen to clients, understand issues, and solve complex technical problems.
- Communicate across teams to meet client needs.
- Provide feedback to the development team.
- Contribute to help documentation and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the Netherlands.
- Bilingual with excellent verbal and written German and English.
- Committed to best-in-class customer and technical support.
- Tech-savvy, patient, curious, detail-oriented, and eager to problem-solve.
- Able to work closely with others in a fast-paced environment.
- Shift flexibility, including weekends and holidays.
Nice to have
- Experience using Zendesk.
- Customer or technical support experience.
- Travel industry experience.
