TL;DR

Technical Support Specialist (German): Handle inbound and outbound technical support for hirify.global clients via email and phone with an accent on problem-solving complex issues and providing personalized solutions. Focus on becoming a hirify.global expert, communicating across teams, contributing to help documentation, and improving operating procedures.

Location: Amsterdam office, hybrid friendly. Legally authorized to work in the Netherlands required.

What you will do

  • Become an expert hirify.global user and stay updated on new features.
  • Handle support issues via emails and phone calls.
  • Listen to clients, understand issues, and solve complex technical problems.
  • Communicate across teams to meet client needs.
  • Provide feedback to the development team.
  • Contribute to help documentation and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the Netherlands.
  • Bilingual with excellent verbal and written German and English.
  • Committed to best-in-class customer and technical support.
  • Tech-savvy, patient, curious, detail-oriented, and eager to problem-solve.
  • Able to work closely with others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Shift flexibility, including weekends and holidays.

Nice to have

  • Experience using Zendesk.
  • Customer or technical support experience.
  • Travel industry experience.
