What you will do

  • Process SIM card orders and maintain accurate customer data in internal systems and portals.
  • Manage monthly billing processes, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with the Finance department.
  • Oversee SIM card inventory, including registration of issuance, receipt, and replenishment.
  • Provide professional support to customers regarding orders, contracts, and billing via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Finance teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Contribute to the improvement and documentation of Customer Success operational processes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Eindhoven, Netherlands (Hybrid).
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative processes, order processing, and billing.
  • MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking.
  • Ability to prioritize and work accurately in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems such as Zendesk.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in an administrative, financial, or customer-oriented role.
