What you will do

• Build, launch, and optimize global Paid Social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta (Reddit Ads a plus).
• Optimize and manage search campaigns for local markets in collaboration with in-house PPC Specialist.
• Execute targeted ABM campaigns to engage high-value accounts and reach ICP.
• Write B2B copy and prepare mockups/briefs for Design team to create ad assets.
• Suggest and run A/B tests for headlines, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversions.
• Monitor and report campaign performance using internal visualization tools to meet growth targets.

Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Background in B2B SaaS and understanding of professional audience engagement.
• Strong experience in ABM and targeted campaigns for specific account lists.
• Ability to draft effective copy and visualize ad concepts for creative team.
• Comfortable using data tools to track performance and identify optimizations.
