What you will do

• Plan and optimize performance marketing campaigns focusing on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Manage keyword strategy, bidding, and search intent to acquire high-quality candidates.
• Experiment with emerging platforms like X, Reddit, and TikTok to expand reach.
• Handle the full campaign lifecycle from targeting and creative briefing to reporting.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad assets.
• Monitor KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS) and build performance dashboards for leadership.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Paid Search).
• Experience with Meta and/or LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Mixpanel.
• Proven track record of optimizing full-funnel campaigns to lower CPL.
• Ability to manage and scale paid budgets autonomously in a remote environment.
• Must be based in Latin America.

• Background in recruitment marketing or marketing to marketers.
