What you will do

• Plan and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Experiment with emerging acquisition channels including X (Twitter), Reddit, and TikTok.
• Own the full paid campaign lifecycle, from targeting and creative briefing to reporting.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad assets.
• Analyze KPIs such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS to guide strategic decision-making.
• Build and manage performance dashboards for the leadership team.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
• Proven track record of optimizing funnels and lowering Cost Per Lead (CPL).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Mixpanel.
• Ability to manage and scale paid budgets across multiple platforms.
• Experience collaborating with designers to create high-converting visual and copy assets.
• Must be based in Mexico, Argentina, Chile, or Colombia.
