What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Procurement team to deliver high-performing services.
• Drive value across indirect spend through savings, cost avoidance, and service improvements while managing risk.
• Set priorities, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and continuously improve the Procurement function.
• Manage supplier selection, onboarding, competitive sourcing (RFx), and contract renewals/negotiations.
• Own procurement governance, controls, and reporting for senior leadership.
• Partner with budget holders to shape requirements and provide commercial guidance.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a procurement function and managing a team.
• Broad experience in indirect procurement across various spend categories.
• CIPS qualified.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to challenge costs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, solution-focused approach balancing stakeholder needs with commercial rigour.

Nice to have

• Experience in tech, games, or entertainment industries.
• Experience managing licences or complex contracts.
