What you will do
- Provide technical support for Cloud Contact Centre environments and handle escalated incidents.
- Manage ServiceNow records for tracking incidents, changes, and customer interactions.
- Execute complex MACs, transitions, and after-hours changes according to agreed processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and meet security requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation to support ongoing operations and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in service governance meetings to support incident and problem management.
Requirements
- Strong ICT technical background with experience supporting UC and Contact Centre technologies.
- Experience with Remedy or ServiceNow, specifically incident, problem, and change management.
- Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to manage user-facing technical issues under pressure.
- Full Australian Citizenship is required due to security requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and stakeholder updates.
Nice to have
- Cloud skills and knowledge of major CC platforms.
- Awareness of emerging IP communications technologies.
