TL;DR
D365 CE CRM Developer (Power Platform): Developing and maintaining enterprise D365 CE CRM solutions, Field Service, and Power Platform applications with an accent on custom plugins, automation flows, and low-code integrations. Focus on designing scalable systems, optimizing performance, and supporting users in a public sector digital transformation.
Location: Hybrid (60% office based, 40% home based) from Swansea, Bristol, Newcastle, Nottingham, Oldham, Leeds, Birmingham or Yeading offices. Must be eligible for Security Clearance: lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years without leaving for 30+ days at a time.
Salary: £44,241 - £58,997 + 28.97% employer pension contribution. Additional £4,000 London Weighting for Yeading office. 25 days annual leave, rising to 30.

What you will do
- Develop custom solutions using D365 CE CRM, Power Platform, Power Apps (Model Driven and Canvas), Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Build and maintain C# .NET and JavaScript plugins for Dynamics 365.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and integrate with Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with technical teams in agile environment to deliver user-focused services.
- Provide stakeholder management, user support, coaching, and mentoring to developers.
Requirements
- Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development experience.
- C# .NET and JavaScript plugin coding experience.
- Power Platform experience including Power Automate and Power Apps.
- CI/CD pipelines experience.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and user support skills.
- Eligible for UK Security Clearance (5+ years UK residency, no long absences).
