What you will do

• Conduct negotiations with out-of-network and in-network providers to secure single rate agreements.
• Identify and recruit out-of-network providers that meet specific operational needs for referrals.
• Communicate the company value proposition to potential providers to encourage partnership.
• Execute Single Referral Agreements and manage the submission of provider qualification documents.
• Coordinate with the scheduling team to ensure services are started timely and maintain high customer service standards.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to calculate margins based on pricing.
• General knowledge of negotiation principles and the workers’ compensation industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with providers.
