TL;DR

Business Intelligence Developer (Qlik/Tableau): Design and develop data visualization products by integrating complex data from multiple sources into actionable insights with an accent on ETL processes, data modeling, and dashboard development. Location: 100% remote, candidates must reside in the continental United States. Active Secret security clearance required.

Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, enhance, and support dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense, QlikView, and Databricks.
• Build and maintain data models within Qlik environments for scalable reporting.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from structured and unstructured sources.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of Qlik applications and dashboards.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Document SOPs for ETL processes, data flows, and dashboard standards; ensure data quality and integrity.

Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related field
• Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related field
• Active Secret security clearance
• Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense and/or QlikView, including dashboard development, scripting, and data modeling
• Experience with Qlik and Tableau required; Cognos BI, Power BI, or similar for reports, dashboards, and metrics
• Experience in data mining, ETL workflows, data pipelines, data warehousing concepts, and performance tuning
• Strong data modeling and transformation experience

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Power BI, SSIS, SSRS
• Programming and scripting languages including Python or R
• Experience with Databricks
